Marvel at and shed a tear (or two) for the Titanic

The Titanic Museum in Belfast is dedicated to one of the biggest nautical tragedies of all time, the sinking of the Titanic on 15 April 1912.

While many are drawn to the museum because of the James Cameron movie of the same name, the story doesn’t start with the beginning of the ship’s ill-fated voyage.

Visit the museum to travel back in time and visit Belfast at the time the ship was built in the Harland & Wolff shipyard, marvel at the sheer size and extravagance of the “unsinkable” Titanic, and shed a silent tear at all the lives lost as you listen to first-hand accounts of the survivors.

Breathtaking, sombre, informational and unmissable.
